Kay Zega

An influential personal development specialist, renowned for her gentle yet powerfully motivational approach, Kay has an impressive track record helping people of all ages in a variety of settings to achieve positive outcomes.

Dedicated to all that supports physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, and promoting standards of excellence in both her practice and teaching/training, Kay attributes her joyful existence to the influence that holistic healing modalities have had in her own life, as well as to her commitment towards encouraging:

Kay’s unique interpersonal skills derive not only from her many years’ experience as a college lecturer and her HR director and other people-oriented roles in business/commerce, but also as a result of working her own way through personal tragedy and trauma to reach inner peace, outer confidence and unparalleled happiness.

An experienced, qualified holistic multi-therapist Kay is a Usui, Tibetan, Shinpiden, Sekhem & Angelic Reiki Master Practitioner/Teacher and Master Teacher Member and former Chair of the UK Reiki Federation.

In addition to practising and teaching holistic therapies, Kay runs Stress Management workshops for a number of organisations, treats adults and children for anxiety-related disorders and she is involved with the Big Brother Project for lone parents, providing nutritional advice for holistic wellbeing.

As well as complementary therapy and counselling skills qualifications, Kay holds a Masters Degree in HR Development, a Teaching Degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management.

Kay lives, practises and teaches in Worcester, Worcestershire; she also travels to different locations in the UK and abroad by invitation.
